Sometimes parents and schools can’t agree on eligibility, appropriate services, accommodations, or other issues regarding a child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). One of the procedural safeguards for parents is a process for working through those disagreements.  This presentation will review formal and informal options that may help parents and schools resolve those disagreements.
