COLAS Support Group
Caregivers of Loved Ones with Self-Injurious and Aggressive Behaviors

ASI volunteers, Megan and Denise, lead a support group for caregivers of loved ones with self -injurious and aggressive behaviors. The purpose of this group is to create a safe space for those dealing with these behaviors in their children or family members. They share resources, challenges, ideas and encouragement. This group is offered at 2 different times monthly, and the same content is shared at each meeting. Join one, or the other, or both!

COLAS Mission Statement
Our group will gather in a kind, supportive, productive, and positive manner to let participants know they are HEARD, there is HOPE, and we can LEARN ways to cope, progress and soar. We will do this through resource sharing, receiving information from guest speakers and continuous communication with each other. Join us so we can better advocate for our loved ones in this community.
